Welcome to The Happy Hobby Group!

First of all, I want to thank you for being here. 

My name is Millie, and I became a mum in 2025. If I’m honest, the thought of leaving my baby to go back to an office fills me with dread. I therefore wanted to start something that I could hopefully make a success of so that I can support my family without significantly reducing our time together, so thank you for joining me on the journey.

The idea for this blog is that I will mainly share crafting and DIY projects as I love to be creative and my interests span a vast array of subjects. By sharing my interests, I hope to build up a community of like minded people whilst sharing what I am learning along the way.

I aim to cover lots of subjects, including sewing, painting, baking, lino printing, embroidery, kids activities, gardening, home renovation and sustainable living.

I am optimistic that I can provide some helpful and fun content so please explore, create with me and interact where possible, I’d love to get to know you and hear your stories and feedback.
